This Brisbane based Federal Government department are seeking a number of experienced Policy officers for 12 month Non-ongoing opportunities at the APS5 & APS6 equivalent.
This organisation are the national end-to-end regulator of aged care services and are focused on delivering a world class sector that safeguards the welfare and rights of consumers.
The Positions :
The APS5 Policy Officer will support the provision of policy support to operational areas through:
assisting in the drafting of policy and operational documents
assisting in the preparation of guidance material on policies and operational procedures
researching and drafting briefing documents for a range of audiences about policy issues
developing written interpretations of legislation, policies, and procedures
contributing to the management of enquiries regarding operational policy, including through the drafting of responses
