The Compensation Processing and Payments branch sits within the Client Benefits Division and is focused on providing a high quality and timely service to eligible veterans and their families to ensure access to a wide range of health and wellbeing services. An opportunity exists for a motivated individual to lead and manage Compensation Processing and Payments staff based in Adelaide. The Assistant Director supports the Director in implementing the Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) business and strategic plan in the region, including oversight and coordination of staff within a busy operational environment, identification and application of quality improvement activities, and represent CPP branch in a wide variety of local, regional and national forums.
