The Clients Benefits Division (CBD) delivers products and services to give effect to defined DVA policy outcomes. It is responsible for case management of claims including registration, assessments, determinations, reviews and reconsiderations, as well as operational support activities such as quality assurance and compliance, performance reporting, business coordination and improvement and business systems administration. The Income Support Processing Branch (ISPB) is one of five branches that operate under the umbrella of the CBD. It provides a quality and timely service to eligible veterans and their families to ensure an appropriate level of income support. It delivers the Governments social policy and support agenda through the administration of various means-tested benefits and allowances.
