Role Overview: As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and delivering the IT components of our M&A project. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills, who can effectively manage cross-functional teams, timelines, and resources to ensure seamless integration of systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the IT integration for the M&A project, ensuring all systems and processes are aligned and functional post-merger.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring milestones are met within scope and on time.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including IT teams, vendors, and executive leadership, to ensure project alignment and progress.
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges.
