Copper Refineries is currently advertising for a Trades Assistant to join the Maintenance team. This is an excellent opportunity to further your experience and develop your technical skills and industry knowledge.
The Role
Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, your primary responsibility will be to assist the maintenance team to complete works on fixed plant machines, pumps, etc. The successful applicant will be someone that is hands on and keen to develop and learn some of the skills found in mechanical fitting and boilermaking. They will have a HRW licence and interest in gaining additional tickets as required. This position is residential based in Townsville and requires you to work a 4x4 - 12 hour Day/Night roster.
