An international engineering company with sites in Australia & Europe are looking to recruit a skilled Accounts Assistant on a permanent basis. Two acquisitions and continued growth have led to the position being recruited. The Accounts Assistant will assist the Finance Manager with accounting tasks including both accounts payable & receivable. The Accounts Assistant key duties will include:
Managing both accounts payable & accounts receivable ledgers
Chasing outstanding payments, if required
GRNI reporting
Vendor & account management
Dealing with credit notes & adjustments
Managing expenses & credit card payments
Bank & supplier reconciliations
Query resolution
Assisting the Finance Manager with month end tasks
