The Builders Club are currently seeking a Restaurant Manager who is enthusiastic, experienced, and committed team player, that is focused on delivering an excellent customer experience within a fast-paced environment, whilst also using initiative to impress us with their skills and ambition.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure the service of food and beverage within the restaurant are at a consistent and high standard.
• Ensure cleaning and maintenance of outlet, work areas, tableware, utensils and other materials and equipment used by restaurant are being completed.
• Work closely with the Executive Chef to ensure a seamless operation between front and back of house operations and a positive working environment.
• Participate in regular stock take and inventory control activities
• Ensure compliance of all WHS, Food Safety and club policies and procedures.

• Must have a positive attitude, be reliable, punctual and a team player.
• Excellent personal presentation.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Enthusiasm and commitment to delivering high quality customer service to our guests.
• The ability to work various shifts including nights, weekends and public holidays (essential).

Skills and Qualifications:
• Bring with you previous experience in a similar role.
• A friendly, customer focused attitude with the strive to provide Total Customer Satisfaction.
• Initiative to ensure that interactions with our customers are positive and efficient.
• A genuine love for and interest in all things food and beverage!
• Ability to lead a team by example.
• Sound knowledge of Food Safety Standards, relevant legislation, and statutory obligations.
• Current RSA
