The Opportunity: Fulltime or Parttime (3 - 4 days per week) We are thrilled to offer an exciting new opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Workforce Planning Lead to join our dynamic Plena team. In this pivotal role, you will facilitate data analysis for the compliant and efficient rostering of clinical team members, placing the right people in the right place at the right time. Your expertise in data analysis and resource demand forecasting will be crucial in understanding and responding to utilisation trends. Maintaining our workforce management systems for accurate reporting will also be a key responsibility. Key Responsibilities:
Manage Workforce Metrics and Reporting: Oversee the collection and analysis of workforce data to inform strategic decisions.
Maintain Workforce Management Systems: Ensure systems are up-to-date for precise forecasting and reporting.
Monitor KPIs: Track key internal team performance indicators such as task turnaround times, rostering metrics, and leave targets.
Optimize Rosters: Review and adjust future rosters to maximise team utilisation and service delivery.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven Expertise in Workforce Planning and Analytics: Demonstrated experience in workforce planning and data analysis.
Attention to Detail: Strong focus on detail while understanding broader business implications.
Advanced Analytical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and other analytical tools.
Time and Milestone Management: Excellent organisational skills to manage time and meet deadlines.
Positive and Collaborative Attitude: Ability to work well within a team and foster a positive work environment.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working with various teams to enhance business outcomes.
