Reporting to the Manager Flight Standards & based in our Head Office, the Flight Standards Training Coordinator will oversee the administrative control of our Training Management System (TMS) and ensure meticulous management of aircrew training and checking records in accordance with CASA regulations and our rigorous internal standards. Collaborating closely with the Flight Standards Team, you will develop and enhance TMS grading sheets, optimize reporting frameworks, and monitor the qualifications of our training personnel to uphold our commitment to safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
The Flight Standards Training Coordinator is responsible for but not limited to:
Administrative control of the TMS
Development and maintenance of TMS grading
Development and Maintenance of crew record keeping within the TMS
