Job description
Senior Gateway Engineer - Must be Citizens - 12-month assignment with potential for 2 x 12-month extensions - Work onsite Canberra, Brisbane, Adelaide or Melbourne offices
Looking for a Senior Gateway Engineer with in-depth knowledge of specific ICT Platforms and to provide expert advice on managing and maintaining those platforms. Working closely with key third-party suppliers to ensure the provision of a robust gateway infrastructure capability for the business and liaising with architecture and shared services areas to ensure the security of the day-to-day technical operations.
Key duties may include, but are not limited to:
* Manage infrastructure requirements to meet future infrastructure demand and operational support for hardware, software, and other assets.
* Manage the prioritisation and escalation of infrastructure issues to ensure timely resolution.
* Communicate the end-to-end implications of configuration changes.
