An exciting opportunity for a leadership position in Family Outreach Service, Family Domestic Violence Hub. The Manager role is the Broome FDV Hubs key leadership position and leads and inspires the cross-organisational FDV Hub team to ensure high quality, client-centred and integrated service delivery. This role sits on the Leadership Team, contributing to the governance, strategic planning and oversight of the Family Domestic Violence Hub.
Key responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day leadership to all Family Outreach Service and Alliance Partner workers operating out of the Hub, to ensure high-quality services are delivered and continuously improved
Develop and maintain trusted relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure a collaborative approach to the design and delivery of the Hub
Contribute to budget preparation, planning and monitoring
Lead the Hubs facility management, workforce and sector development program
