About the opportunity
The University?s Property Portfolio consists of over 250 freehold and over 20 leasehold properties across its campuses, farms, student accommodation and other sites. The role of the Assistant Property Manager is to be the first point of contact for the Property Management team, to coordinate and undertake a range of operational activities including supporting the preparing of leases and licenses, debtor management, administering leasing documentation and maintaining records, managing University?s Nomos One Property Management database system, responding to landlord and tenant queries, exploring matters, and sourcing solutions, market research, developing relationships with local landlords and attendance at property inspections for the Property and Development Team.
