Prego Restaurant is looking for a full-time permanent Restaurant Manager to join their team and work and perform the following duties and tasks:
Responsibilities
• Menu planning in collaboration with the head chef
• Managing day to day operation of the business referring to the owner
• Managing budget and cash deck transactions,
• Meeting and coordinating with suppliers and vendors, in alignment with the business' budget and quality standards.
• Ordering stock and goods.
• Ensuring all areas are organized and well presented in according to the health and safety policies and procedures,
• Hiring and training new staff and managing the rosters
• Managing and addressing customers’ complaints and suggestions.
Requirements
• The right candidate will have at least 2 years of experience
• A can-do attitude and ability of working independently.
Location: Floreat WA 6014
Salary offered: Between $ 63,000 - $ 80,000 per year
Hours of work: Full time, at least 38 hours/week
