A leading manufacturer in the animal health sector, committed to excellence and innovation. We pride ourselves on maintaining a high standard of operation within our facility, ensuring a clean, efficient, and safe working environment. We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person with broad experience to join our team and help keep our manufacturing site operational.

We are looking for a versatile and experienced Maintenance Person to join our friendly and collaborative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fitter & turner and extensive experience in maintaining a variety of equipment. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our packing machines, autoclaves, bottle washers through to managing the air conditioning systems, along with general maintenance tasks. Exposure to sterile facilities is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine and preventative maintenance on pharmaceutical packing machines, like autoclaves, bottle washers
Troubleshoot and repair equipment to minimize downtime.
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, particularly within sterile environments.
Conduct regular inspections and address any issues promptly to maintain operational efficiency.
Collaborate with production staff to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance ideally using MEX software
Assist in the implementation of maintenance programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
Co-ordinate general maintenance tasks as required, including plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work.

Qualifications:
*Experience in machining parts & pneumatic systems

Proven experience as a Maintenance Person, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Strong background in parts fabrication.
Experience with pharmaceutical packing machines, autoclaves, and bottle washers.
Familiarity with sterile facilities and cleanroom protocols.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing various mechanical/electrical machine devices
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Relevant trade qualifications or certifications are highly desirable.
Sourcing and purchasing technical spare parts
