Qualifications and experience –
Relevant qualifications with at least 5 years related work experience.
Duties -
• Understand and work complying with company rules and regulations.
• Menu planning, manage budget and order from suppliers
• Menu planning with Sri Lankan and Middle- East cousins including Sea food.
• maintain quality of food preparation and presentation
• Liaise with managers and kitchen staff
• demonstrating advance knowledge in cooking skills/techniques
• Comply with hygienic regulations and work safety
• Freezing food
• Coach junior staff
Other Skills –
• Work experience in Sri Lankan and Middle – Eastern cuisine and specialty cooking Sea food dishes will be highly regarded.
• Team Player
• Able to handle work pressure
Salary - AUD 75,000 - AUD 85000 + Super
