BenefitsTask & Responsibilities Supervise all client services operations and procedures on a day-to-day basis Respond to any client service issues, maintain good relationships with our clients and ensure maximum client satisfaction Develop and implement effective and efficient client service procedures Review and update our client service polices and standards as required Meet regularly with management to discuss and report on budgetary requirements, sales targets and other relevant KPI’s Assist with recruitment of client service representatives Respond to client requests and needs by organising, coordinating and facilitating any necessary works to be performed by our sub-contracts Keep good records of interactions and correspondence with clients and maintain client details Generate and follow up sales leads with potential clients Manage, motivate and provide training to all staff and sub-contractors as required to ensure optimal client service standards are maintained at all times Work with agencies that refer us new clients, and ensure good relationships are maintained with them Create contracts for new clients; renew contracts for existing clients Oversee invoicing tasks Qualification & Experience Diploma level qualification or 3 years relevant work experience.
