Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the workshop workforce
Manage site operations, including opening and closing
Supervise high quality conversions of brand-new vehicles (And jump on the tools when required)
Lead and motivate a diverse team
Liaise with staff across various departments
To Be Successful, You Must:
Be safety-focused
Be a trade-qualified and experienced mechanic
Have experience with MS software
Possess previous supervisory experience, preferably in an automotive workshop setting
Be proactive and hands-on
Have legal rights to work in Australia
