Executive Sous Chef

As our Executive Sous Chef, you'll oversee a dynamic multi-site kitchen operation, efficiently managing both people and resources to meet the diverse needs of our food outlets. You'll work closely with our food and beverage and culinary leadership teams to ensure our culinary offerings align with operational goals. As an esteemed representative of the Accor brand, you'll enhance our market reputation and drive continuous improvement in food quality and presentation.

Your role will also involve crucial financial oversight, including managing departmental budgets, controlling food costs, and coordinating with suppliers to achieve financial targets. You’ll be integral in upholding our high standards of food preparation and safety, ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
