Our Service Liaison team is responsible for delivering exceptional after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
You'll be assisting our customers with post-purchase product issues by providing troubleshooting, guidance or liaising on the customers behalf with our suppliers, manufacturers and service agents to resolve any problems.
No day is the same though some of your key responsibilities will be
- Liaising with customers to diagnose any operational issues with their product whether it be by phone or email and troubleshoot common problems
- Log service calls with our manufacturers whilst accurately updating and keeping record of any problems and interactions
- Collaborate with our suppliers, manufacturers and their service agents to identify and address the root cause of the customer's fault or problem
- Investigate unusual problems to ensure a positive resolution for our customers
- Arrange replacements or other solutions for our customers who cannot have their product repaired
