The role :
As the Retirement Living & Business Development Coordinator you will be responsible for the management of client sales, coordination of administrative and operational activities across the Retirement Living and Residential operations and building the local brand of Doutta Galla Harmony Village in Shepparton.
You will be responsible for generating awareness in the referral healthcare network of the residential, retirement living and in-home care services Doutta Galla provides. Pivotal to the role will be your ability to cultivate key referral relationships and ability to identify new business opportunities to further develop the referral pipeline. You will ensure our services stay front of mind with social workers, GPs, allied health professionals and community leaders resulting in greater market penetration and revenue growth.
