Cultivate a nurturing and engaging environment that supports the social, emotional, and cognitive development of children. Observe, document, and assess children's progress, offering guidance and support to other educators to enhance educational outcomes. Mentor and assist educators in implementing the educational program, aligning practices with MiKids' Philosophy and ensuring adherence to best practices. Maintain regular communication with families regarding their child's development, learning experiences, and any related concerns. Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children, consistently meeting all National Standards. Collaborate with staff to build a cohesive, supportive team, and actively promote professional growth and development.
