Alpine Hotel Bright, part of the Jacob Group are currently recruiting for a qualified and experienced Restaurant Manager to join their team in Bright VIC 3741.
The successful candidate will need to:
- Take responsibility for the Restaurant while on shift
- Analyse and plan Restaurant sales levels and profitability
- Handle any customer complaints
- Training and Supervision of barista and floor staff
- Maintain stock levels
- Greet and seat customers at venue
- Planning and organising booked functions
- Function room, Dining Room and Cellar set up
- Ensure full compliance with health regulations
Skills & Attributes:
- Ideally have 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager
- Certificate III in Hotel and Restaurant Management or related
- OH&S awareness
- Food Handling and RSA certificates required
Salary range is $70,000-$85,000pa commensurate with experience
1 Fulltime Position available
