Who we are The Levies Compliance team is responsible for the delivery of an annual risk-based compliance program that encourages levy payers to voluntarily comply with legislation providing assurance to government and industry stakeholders that levy collections are materially complete. The Levies Compliance team mitigates the risks of non-compliance by establishing and undertaking effective compliance activities in line with the regulatory responsibilities outlined in legislation and the department's regulatory responsibilities.
