Are you passionate about fostering workplace safety and enhancing employee skills? We have an exciting opportunity for a Trainer/Assessor to join our team. In this position you will ensure compliance with workplace standards through engaging high-quality training and Verification of Competency (VOC) assessments.
Your skills and experience will contribute to the growth and development of our workforce, improvement of employee competencies, promoting a safety-first culture, by developing and delivering on-the-job plant and equipment training, VOCs, participating in training needs analyses, and implementing process improvement initiatives to enhance our training systems.
This position requires the completion of a satisfactory Criminal History Check - Police Certificate
