Your new role Our Hays national change and optimisation team located in Adelaide CBD is seeking a full-time permanent Administrator to join our team. This position plays a key support role in the APAC Change & Optimisation team and the Chief Customer Officer in ensuring that required administrative tasks are completed to a high standard, on time and in support of the strategic goals of the team. You will be responsible for administrative tasks to support with the preparation and scheduling of change shaping, enablement and sustain activities driven by the Change & Optimisation Managers. You will play a key role in the completion and coordination of change & optimisation documentation and reporting as well as maintaining records on the teams SharePoint site. Responsibilities:

PA duties for Head of Change & Optimisation and Chief Customer Officer
Design and produce reports for team to present benefits and ROI data relating to specific projects,
Support in the creation of change & optimisation communications and preparation and design of PowerPoint presentations
Coordinate team events including managing venue bookings, flights, meeting spaces
Proactively identifies opportunities to support the teams and senior management
Other ad-hoc projects and tasks as required

What you'll need to succeed

A basic understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
Previous experience in communications or change projects will be an advantage
Prior graphic design and digital marketing experience would be ideal
Advanced skills in Microsoft office suite, in particular PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel
Excellent active listening and communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
Effective time management skills
Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
A team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
Familiarity with change management approaches and tools
Ability to analyse, report and present change data at a project and business leadership level
