With a strong development pipeline, this group are currently seeking a Design Lead to join their Development Team.
The Role
Reporting to the Development Director, the Design Lead will work closely with the Development Managers to drive design outcomes across the full development lifecycle. You will influence design layout and concept design during acquisitions, be heavily involved in product development and provide expert design advice during construction delivery. You will ensure design intent is maintained and design consultants are fully briefed. This is a client facing role where you will guide high-end purchasers through the customisation process.
