Create and maintain a positive and productive kitchen environment.
Conduct regular kitchen inspections to ensure compliance with health regulations.
Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.
Handle and resolve any kitchen-related issues promptly and effectively.
Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities.
Manage kitchen schedules and staff rosters.
Evaluate food products and supplies to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of work experience as a Chef in a busy kitchen environment.
Availability to work full-time, including weekends and holidays.
Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
