The Role
Black Star Pastry is thriving, having fully settled into our new, purpose built Kitchen HQ in Alexandria. We are now looking for a full-time qualified Chef de Partie (Pastry) to lead a small team.
This is a full-time opportunity suited to Pastry Chefs with at least 3 years experience who will have the opportunity to craft our acclaimed cakes, and develop your skills as a Pastry Chef and leader.

Your main responsibilities will include -
Coordinate and oversee the supervision of a section
Ensure all pastry products are prepared and baked according to the specific store requirements.
