DESCRIPTION
The organisation:
Carbitool, a subsidiary of Sutton Tools Pty Ltd, is a tool manufacturing, sales & distribution business based in Moorabbin and theyre currently seeking an experienced dispatch/warehousing officer due to an internal promotion.
As the dispatch/warehousing officer, you will be responsible for a plethora of duties including but not limited to:
Invoicing
Picking and packing orders
Dispatch
Freight liaison
Reporting
Inventory, Stock take
Data entry of all customer orders into CRM (Movitnet)
Ordering and co-ordinating stock in a timely manner
Tracking and consideration of stock lead times including all communication to clients and stockists.
Enquiries relating to orders, deliveries and freight details as requested.
About you:
As an experienced dispatch/warehousing officer, you will have proven experience working with small to medium sized warehouses and be well versed in streamlining processes.
