Support teams across state-wide AOD programs
As the State Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for leading change management improvements across statewide AOD programs with identification and development of contemporary treatment and recovery approaches aligned to the organisation's AOD Model of Service, the National Quality Framework for Drug and Alcohol Treatment, and Queensland AOD Treatment and Harm Reduction Outcomes Framework (THROF). A key focus of this position is on the planning, quality and risk management, and evaluation of the organisation's AOD programs, including driving and leading best practice via state-wide direct reports who will facilitate and manage local implementation within their specialised AOD teams.
