About the Role
The Specialist Systems Engineer LANCE Turret is responsible for providing focused technical system expertise for the Rheinmetall LANCE 2 turret across all business units within RDA. This includes in-service activities for Block 1 RECON vehicles, production and commissioning activities for Block 2 RECON and Heavy Weapon Carrier vehicles. The role also includes supporting logistic and sustainment activities related to LAND400 Phase 2.
This role reports directly to the Chief Engineer LAND400 Phase 2 as part of the program Technical Advisory team, advising on turret topics and providing support with direct tasking to meet program priorities. The role requires specific knowledge of the design and function of the turret,
