Position Details
Act as consultant to our clients in connection with Manhattan technologies to proactively troubleshoot and resolve complex issues that
arise post implementation involving supply chain software solutions for client specific modifications.
• Define client needs and develop plan for delivery of solutions.
• Perform detailed design for customer specific enhancements.
• Guide client through system implementation of additional functionality.
• Prioritize issues and projects.
• Suggest product improvements based on customer feedback.
• Primary activities include client communication, testing, issues resolution, and post implementation support.
• Understanding each of the customer's operational flow and assist with modifications work when and where required.
• On site support could be required during project go-live.
• Attending to customers' calls with a timely manner.
• Performing preliminary analysis of issues, working with our technical team to provide effective solutions to meet our customers' needs.
• Taking ownership of account issues while adhering to the agreed escalation procedures
• Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with customers and internal support team members
• Providing effective support to ensure a smooth customer transition with the implementation team post project go-live
• Up to 50% travel required - mostly within Australia.
Required Experience
• Experience working in a client facing role within a supply chain or software organisation
• Bachelor or above degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or Computer Science or related field, or 2+ years of experience in
WMS or related field - Manhattan product(s) experience is preferred
• Customer oriented, self-motivated and team player
• Excellent time management and prioritising skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
