The Opportunity
Our Lysaght business is looking for a Customer Service and Warehouse Representative the team in Batemans Bay. Made in Australia since 1921, Lysaght manufactures and markets steel building products that have helped shape the nation: from iconic corrugated roofing over Australian homes, to large commercial and industrial projects.
Working within Customer Service and hopping in to help our Warehouse teams when and where the need arises, this dual role offers plenty of variety. You'll assist our customers by managing enquiries that come from walk in customers and via phone and email and working to keep your customers informed and up to date with the progress of their orders. Lend a hand to our warehousing team with tasks such as picking & packing, loading & unloading.
What Will You Do?
Being a key team player in our Customer Service team and a core part of our Warehousing team, you will:
- interacting with our customers predominately via phone and email and at times face to face to manage a variety of enquiries
- preparing and following up customer quotes, enter and manage orders whilst supporting our sales teams
- resolving issues and seeking ways to improve the customer experience
- safely pack and strap our steel products on site to create specific orders
- supporting the team with general tasks
