What you will be doing:
- Inspiring the kitchen team, leading by example to ensure our customers have a genuinely unforgettable dining experience.
- Driving sales, bookings and upselling.
- Staff rostering.
- Managing stock control.
- Creating promotions and events to drive revenue.
- Recruiting, on boarding, training, rostering, coaching, motivating and managing team members.
