Job Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Management: Greet and assist guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor, handle reservations, and manage guest inquiries.
  • Customer Service: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and maintaining excellent service standards.
  • Bar & Beverage Service: Oversee the bar operations, including drink preparation, service, and inventory management.
  • Food Handling & Preparation: Supervise food preparation and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • POS System Management: Utilize the Point of Sale (POS) system for efficient transaction processing and report generation.
  • Staff Management & Supervising: Lead and motivate the restaurant staff, including training and scheduling to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Team Work: Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve common goals and enhance the overall dining experience.
  • Technical Report Writing: Prepare and analyze reports related to restaurant performance, inventory, and other key metrics.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years as an assistant manager or at least 1 year in a similar capacity.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in bar and beverage service, customer service, and food handling & preparation.
    • Competence in using POS systems.
    • Experience in staff management, supervision, and teamwork.
    • Strong technical report writing skills.
  • Language Proficiency: Must have a good command of both written and spoken English and Malay.
  • Culinary Knowledge: Familiarity with Thai food is highly preferred.
  • Creativity & Innovation: Ability to bring creative ideas and innovative solutions to enhance the restaurant experience.

Additional Information:

  • Preference: Female Malay candidates are preferred.
  • Eligibility: Due to work pass restrictions, only Malaysian citizens and Permanent Residents of Malaysia will be considered.
