As a Senior Compliance Officer, you will provide 2nd Line Compliance Assurance support, reviewing and assessing that controls are effective enough for ING to meet its compliance obligations. You will provide oversight and challenge to line 1 risk control assessments and conduct deep dive thematic reviews of non-financial risk controls end to end. You will also be involved in helping to draft report papers for the Exco, Risk and AML committees as well as interacting with senior stakeholders to present key observations and explain the potential impacts / remediations required.
