About the Role: Reporting to the Principal Mining Engineer, you will:
Oversee engineers to deliver drill & blast designs, stope notes, development designs, and more.
Manage short-term (weekly and 3-monthly) mining schedules.
Provide mining physicals schedules for quarterly forecasts and budgets and assist in cost model development and calibration.
Ensure short-term production plans and schedules are integrated with medium and long-term mine plans.
Drive continuous improvement by reviewing compliance to plan, stope reconciliation, resource model updates, and more.
Assist the Underground Manager with data compilation for cost analysis.
