Use your blue collar and white collar experience in this unique customer service position Your new company You'll be in a business that has been protecting communities for over 200 years! A well known fire safety and security brand is seeking an experienced high-volume call centre candidate to triage calls with expert customer service and have the ability to solve problems over the phone. Assisting with inbound calls, you will be responding to fire alarms and security systems that have gone off, usually when it is faulty, so you will be organising for a technician to go out to site and assess the alarm. This role is permanent, and you will be required to be in the office full time. Your new role Providing outstanding customer service to all those who call up or email with enquiries related to security systems or fire alarms. This position is ideal for someone who is happy to be on the phones all day, and you will then be up-skilled to take on administration duties such as raising purchase orders, and accounts receivable/payable. You will be speaking with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, technicians and shop owners from all parts of Victoria. You must be comfortable speaking on the phone and ensure you can gather as much information as possible about the fault, and then problem solve, sometimes on the phone. This is a full time role, working between the hours of 7:30-5pm on a rotating roster. You must be flexible to work this range of hours in this full-time permanent role, and it will be office-based Monday-Friday.
