7 days on, 7 days off - this includes working on weekends (this roster may change in future)
6am to 6pm shifts
Flexibility required for additional duties
$92,000 Super Allowances
Your Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly schedules, including coordinating meetings, appointments and events
Allocate personnel, equipment, and facilities effectively, as well as monitoring resource usage
Keep open communication between departments to advise of schedule changes and updates to team members and stakeholders
Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts promptly
Maintain accurate scheduling records and prepare reports when necessary
Ensure schedules comply with company policies and regulations
