The Director of Cricket will be responsible for the strategic development, leadership and delivery of our cricket program. This role involves creating and implementing initiatives that cater to all levels of the game, from primary through to our First XI.
Working closely with students, coaches, staff and parents you will create a dynamic and inclusive cricket environment that fosters skill development, competitive spirit, and a love for the game, and ensuring the success of the program.
To be successful in this position you will need to have excellent communication and organisational skills. With strong networks in the cricket community, you will also have the necessary people skills required to develop professional relationships with key stakeholders and manage the resources for the program.
