The Tweed Regional Aquatic Centre (TRAC) is seeking a Learn to Swim Program Officer to coordinate the delivery of prescribed Learn to Swim Programs. This position plays a key role in the day-to-day running of the Learn to Swim program.
This is a permanent part-time position with up to 38 hours per week, based on a 7-day roster. Ordinary hours worked on a Saturday attract a 25% loading, whilst Sunday attracts a 50% loading. The position will be required to work out of any of Council's Tweed Regional Aquatic Centres, administrative offices, Depots, or any other location within the Shire as directed by the supervisor.

Develop learn-to-swim programs for schools, develop rosters for learn-to-swim instructors at the facility.
Develop and monitor learn-to-swim class delivery and undertake pupil assessments.
