Multi-skilled Plant Operator / Labourer (Water Truck)

Purpose:
To contribute to the maintenance of Council?s road network and other assets to meet required service level standards. This position will operate a range of plant (such as a Water Truck) and provide labour support as required.
Key Responsibilities:
Road Construction and Maintenance:

Undertake operations to construct and maintain Warroo?s road network.
Operate Council?s Water Truck and provide transportation for water for required Council works.

Plant Operation:

Safely operate and maintain plant equipment per OEM specifications and Council policies.
Perform daily servicing and maintenance to optimise efficiency and avoid downtime.
Maintain plant records in line with Council?s Integrated Maranoa Management System (IMMS).

Labour Support:

Undertake general labour duties and participate in multi-skilled team tasks as required.
Perform work site preparation and clean up.
