About your new role
We are seeking a Parks Project Officer to provide project planning, project management and total asset management of a variety of assets within the City's park estate. You will join the Open Space Assets Planning and Management team and support the Senior Parks Project Officer with scoping, feasibility investigation, planning and project delivery of a diverse, complex and challenging array of projects.
You will contribute towards the direction, planning and development of community and recreational facilities and services on the Gold Coast and be responsible for various park infrastructure assets. You will contribute to the strategic, capital and operational management (including new/upgrade works and renewals and asset operations, inspections and maintenance) of the park infrastructure portfolio.
