Roe Street VIP Lounge are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Hospitality Manager to oversee our daily operations and ensure the highest standards of service are maintained. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing a successful team.

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of hospitality operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest services.
Lead, mentor, and train staff to ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and guest experience.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure profitability and cost control.
Monitor and respond to guest feedback, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and industry regulations.
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
Maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and industry partners.

Requirements

Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a hospitality management role.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in hospitality management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
