Roe Street VIP Lounge are looking for a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a deep love for food, a creative mind, and a dedication to quality. You will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes, developing new recipes, and ensuring the kitchen operates smoothly.

Responsibilities
Prepare and present high-quality dishes
Develop new and innovative recipes
Oversee kitchen operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Manage kitchen staff and provide training and guidance
Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all dishes
Collaborate with management on menu planning and development
Monitor food costs and control waste
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Requirements
Experience in cooking Asian Fusion food
Be available to work nights from Wednesday to Sunday night – 6pm – 4am
Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role
Culinary degree or equivalent experience
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and trends
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and creativity
Knowledge of health and safety regulations
Ability to manage and motivate a team
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
