Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and restaurant standards.
Ensure all food is cooked and presented in an appealing and timely manner.
Follow recipes and maintain consistency in food quality.
Keep the kitchen organized and clean, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
Assist in inventory management, including ordering and stocking supplies.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items.
Maintain a positive and professional approach with co-workers and customers.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Cook in a similar environment.
Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
Excellent understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Culinary school degree or equivalent is a plus but not required.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
