About the role In this Permanent Full- Time role, as a Customer Service Officer you will be responsible for providing consistently excellent customer service and expertise for all health fund products and services offered through TUH as part of the Contact Centre team. Your key responsibilities will include:
Providing the highest level of customer service through accurate information and advice to members
Promoting products/services through targeted communication and sales strategies to increase membership growth and retention
Managing enquiries through in house systems and contribute to the achievement of the team KPIs
Delivering support and assistance to all employees and teams within the business to continually improve customer relations
