We are seeking highly motivated individuals for a Part-Time Business Traineeship. This role offers an excellent opportunity to kick start your career in business, gain hands-on experience and develop essential skills in the business industry.
Responsibilities may include:

Assist with daily administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
Support recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
Assist with onboarding new employees and maintain accurate candidate records.
Support the office team by answering calls, emails, and handling inquiries.
Collaborate with various departments for efficient communication and workflow.
Follow and contribute to administrative procedures and systems.
Assist with research, report preparation, and data analysis.
Participate in training to enhance business administration skills.
Follow company policies for compliance and a safe working environment.

Requirements:

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
