Our client, a gold producer, developer, and explorer based in Perth, operates within two distinct project areas in Western Australia. They are currently seeking experienced Process Supervisor for their gold operations.
Job Requirements:
NPC within the last 6 months;
Strong leadership skills and leading by example;
Background in gold or base metals processing;
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to build and maintain effective and inclusive working relationships;
Ability to create a positive team working environment.
Position Duties:
Gold recovery and security;
Monitoring crushing, processing, gold room, tailings dams;
Train and mentor your team;
Coordinate the shift crew;
Lead in the workplace to achieve processing targets safely & efficiently;
Conduct incident investigations, daily pre-start meetings and participates in risk identification;
