This position involves:
General cleaning and waste disposal, throughout the plant including external cleaning
Able to work autonomously
Operating cleaning equipment and chemicals
Maintain all facilities clean and well-organised
Some heavy lifting may be required (up to 10kg)
Occasional Outdoor cleaning
Primarily indoor cleaning
Following safe work instructions
Adhering to Workplace Health & Safety at all times
High level of attention to detail required for office cleaning.
Ideally, preferred candidates will demonstrate:
Reliability as a dependable team member
Previous experience working in food manufacturing
Ability to perform repetitive manual tasks
Ability to effectively communicate (including interpreting English written and verbal)
Ability to follow work instructions and procedures
Time management skill
Ability to safely undertake physical requirements of the role
Manual Driver License (Preferable but not necessarily)
